One of the unique touches to the property that is designed to be a restaurant, market and, “modern grange,” is a fermentation bar, including beverages like wine, beer, cider, and kombucha on tap.
They will also find someone familiar in charge of it all. Kenny Rochford has been named general manager, after many years as general manager of Medlock Ames winery and its tasting room/Alexander Valley bar in Healdsburg.
According to Shed owners Cindy Daniel and Doug Lipton, the concept will be “a place where people eat, gather, stock up, and learn.”
And also get fresh breads.
