“It’s sweet in its simplicity,” said Madrona’s spokesperson Anne Alderete. “The package takes the stress out of planning and lets couples focus on what really matters – each other.”
It’s also sweet in its pricing. Designed specifically for the intimate groups that the Westside road estate caters to, the package welcomes 10 to 25 people for $150 per person, and includes the ceremony set-up and site fee, the bride’s bouquet and groom’s boutineer, a three-course dinner, a Champagne toast for the whole party, the bride and groom suite for one-night deluxe accommodations, a complimentary bottle of Champagne en suite, and gourmet breakfast.

Consider that a regular wedding at the property from mid-April to November costs anywhere from $1,500 to $13,000 just for the site use alone.
The only restrictions are wine pairings with dinner (an extra charge), and a blackout date of February 14.
“It’s quite a steal, considering the three-course meal is included, and you can barely get dinner at a Michelin-star restaurant for that ($150) price,” acknowledged Alderete. “It’s a great chance for people who never thought they could get married at Madrona Manor to do exactly that.”
